Elick Kahumuza is a distinguished psychosocial therapist, businessman, and administrator. He has extensive experience working with both national and international partner organizations in Uganda, the United Kingdom, and the United States. As an identification and assessment consultant for persons with special needs, he has made significant contributions in Southwestern and Eastern Uganda. Elick holds a degree in Community-Based Rehabilitation from Kyambogo University, alongside certificates in physiotherapy and occupational therapy, Appropriate Paper Technology (APT), and an advanced certificate in sign language and communication. Additionally, he is a trustee of several youth-based organizations and a seasoned project implementation and management analyst.

Elick has previously served as the CEO of the Habilitation and Rehabilitation Agency and is currently the Director of Chalick Solutions Ltd. A dedicated Rotarian, he is a Past Change Maker President of RC Ntungamo and has also been a Member of Parliament candidate for Rushenyi County, Ntungamo District (2021-2026). Currently, he leads the Rotary Vijana Poa Trainer of Trainers in Uganda. His contributions to women empowerment and support for children with special needs have earned him special recognition in his home district. Elick is also the founder of the Viva Caring Hearts Foundation.
